OUTREACH AND COMMUNITY SERVICES
This ministry coordinates outreach programs that directly address human service needs in
the community. These include homeless feeding programs, care for needy families, community Bible studies, month visitations and praise services at local retirement homes, and mentoring and nurturing programs in the at-risk communities.
This vital ministry provides the tools, resources and training necessary to empower BOL members to become more effective personal evangelists and witnesses for the Lord. The PM Committee sponsors workshops and training sessions, provides literature, and encourages members to share their creative ways of sharing the gospel with others.
Sharing the gospel and words of encouragement and hope with those behind bars is the primary goal of this specialized ministry. Leaders provide training and opportunities to enable members to effective witness to the prison population.
